On April 6, 2009, the City of Crest Hill unanimously voted in a Resposnsible Bidders Ordinance. The ordinance sets minimum requirements for all contractors and subcontractors bidding on publicly funded projects in Crest Hill. The requirements will be incorporated into all bid documents so that all potential bidders will know what is expected of them. The Building Trades applauds Mayor Nick Churnovic and the City Council for going the extra mile to protect the investments of Crest Hill. More information on Responsible Bidders Ordinances are available in the legal area of this website!
